A model has accused celebrity photographer Terry Richardson of offering her the opportunity to pose for Vogue - in exchange for SEX.
British poser Emma Appleton claims the shocking approach was made on the iconic snapper's Facebook account - but a spokesperson for Richardson insists the message is fake.
"If I can f*** you I will book you in ny [New York] for a shoot for Vogue," a message allegedly from Richardson said.
Shortly after posting the screenshot on her Twitter page, Appleton deleted her entire account and removed the photo from Instagram.
Appleton said she declined the offer, saying: "No, I'm not your girl, bye ha."
She also posted: "Beginning to wish I hadn't posted that... it doesn't matter who you are or what the industry is, just be a decent human being.
"The fact people think this is acceptable blows my f***ing mind. See ya."
A representative for Richardson, Candice Marks, denied the harassment accusations: "This is obviously fake. Terry did not send this text."
While a spokesperson for fashion bible Vogue, who Richardson shot for as recently as February, said they would not be commenting on the situation.
Richardson, who took controversial pictures of Miley Cyrus baring almost her entire naked body, has been accused of sexual harassment in the past, but has never been charged or convicted of any crime in connection with allegations relating to it.
The A-lister photographer has worked with Barack Obama, Beyoncé and Justin Bieber. He also shot Miranda Kerr naked for Harper's Bazaar.
He vaguely responded to "Internet rumours" after being labeled an "alleged sexual predator" by some stars.
"I chose to primarily ignore a cycle of Internet gossip and false accusations against me," he wrote in an open letter.
"I felt that to dignify them with a response was a betrayal of my work and my character.
"When these allegations resurfaced over the past few months, they seemed especially vicious and distorted, becoming nothing more than an emotionally-charged witch hunt.
"People have become comfortable concocting hate-filled and libelous tales
"In writing this, I make a humble attempt at correcting these rumors."
