A GRANDAD who had both legs amputated after developing diabetes has had two prosthetics made – to match his Dalmatian dogs.
Gordon wanted to blend in with his beloved spotty pooches, Poppy and Harvey.
The 60-year-old from Newcastle, suffers from Type 1 Diabetes and vascular disease.
In 2006, doctors were forced to amputate his left leg just below the knee. Surgeons then removed his right leg four years later.
But Gordon loves walking his two dogs and was determined to stay fit and healthy, so last year he ordered a pair of prosthetics to match their black and white coats.
